Player safety is engineered into the platform, not added on at the end

A skill-based product still carries real-money entries and real prize payouts. Limit-setting, self-exclusion, age-gating and external support are all available to every account, regardless of tier, without paywalls or hold-time bottlenecks.

Limits you set, limits the platform respects

From the profile screen of every Lotteria Nazionale account you can configure three independent limits: deposit cap, pool-entry cap and total session duration. Caps can be set per day, per week or per calendar month. Lowering a cap takes effect instantly. Raising a cap is held for forty-eight hours before it activates — by design.

If a cap is reached during a live session, the entry window closes for the remainder of the period. Any open pools you are already in continue to settle as normal. We do not surface a prompt asking you to "remove the limit" — the only way to lift it is to wait out the forty-eight-hour cool-down.

Six safety tools available at every tier

No tool below is locked behind Premium. Every account, regardless of pricing tier, has unlimited free access to all of them.

Deposit limit

Configurable daily, weekly or monthly. Default for new accounts is €100 weekly. Lowering takes effect instantly. Raising holds for 48 hours.

Pool-entry limit

Cap on the number of paid pool entries per period. Default is twenty entries per week. Useful if your spend is fine but your engagement isn't.

Session time limit

Hard limit on platform session length per day. Once hit, the platform logs you out and prevents re-entry until the next calendar day.

Self-exclusion · short

24-hour, 7-day or 30-day self-exclusion. Wallet remains intact, entries are blocked, marketing emails pause. Cannot be reversed by support.

Self-exclusion · long

6-month or 12-month exclusion. Full account freeze. Any pending pool prizes settle automatically and SEPA out at the end of the period.

Permanent account closure

Final option. Wallet clears via SEPA to a verified Spanish IBAN within seven working days. Identity record is retained per GDPR but no further activity is possible.

Signs to watch for, in yourself or in a friend

Lotteria Nazionale is built around skill, not chance, but no product is risk-free. If any of the patterns below sound familiar, we strongly recommend pausing the account.

Chasing a previous loss

Entering more or larger pools to try to "recover" prior weekend losses is the most common signal that play has stopped being recreational. Use a short self-exclusion to reset.

Hiding play from family or friends

If you find yourself deleting confirmation emails, closing tabs when a partner walks in or lying about how much you have spent, that is the strongest red flag.

Borrowing money to play

Paying pool entries via credit cards, cash advances or borrowed funds carries no upside and substantial downside. We do not accept credit card deposits for this reason.

Increased intensity over time

If pool entries have crept up in size or frequency over the past three months, set a lower cap. The 48-hour raise-hold protects you from impulsive reversal.

Skipping work or sleep to play

A weekend pool that distracts from work calls, family responsibility or sleep is no longer recreational. Session time limits and short self-exclusions can help.

Negative mood after losing

Frustration after a missed prediction is normal. Sustained low mood, irritability or sleeplessness over twenty-four hours is not. Talk to a GP or a confidential support line.
